A NEW WEBINAR! OCT 21-22
How to Stop People Pleasing and Start Listening to Yourself
- Free yourself from the obligation, resentment, and stress of bending over backwards to please.
- Attune to your own needs without feeling guilty or selfish.
- Know what to say and do to prevent overcommitting and burning out.
Do any of these resonate with you?
- You’re exhausted from too many commitments and not enough resources
- You set boundaries but don’t enforce them consistently (or you have no boundaries)
- You’ll jump through hoops to avoid disappointing others
- Your non-confrontational nature keeps you from giving honest feedback
- You have a hard time identifying what you want and need in the moment
- You’re a perfectionist
Hi. I'm Stella, a recovering people pleaser.
All of the above used to describe me! But since my business is centered around helping others feel happier at work and in life - in a way, pleasing people is a super power. Because of it, I’m a deep listener who is sensitive to others and highly empathic. But there’s a dark side. And that’s probably why you’re here. People pleasing has also been the root cause for my burnout, depression, and a sense of “I’m in this all alone.” I’ve made a number of regretful decisions because of my blind and automatic desire to elevate others while ignoring myself.
Me too. Sign me up!

I learned that it wasn't just hurting me...
Not only is people pleasing self destructive, but I discovered that ironically, pleasing people hurts those you care about. Whether it’s your team who has to do more work because you couldn’t say no, or your family who has to hustle to yet another birthday party because you felt guilty declining. The disease-to-please, as Oprah calls it, is an invisible force that can lead to dysfunction, ineffectiveness, toxic work cultures, and enough resentment to go around.
Join me for the webinar I’ve been itching to do for years. I will share my secrets for how to leverage your sensitivity and emotional intelligence without letting it sabotage you.
